Two weeks, four chambers, one thumb: what this page is built on

I have carried the Airmez Fox 120K for a fortnight, which is long enough to be bored of the first chamber and to have stopped noticing the twist. Four sealed chambers live inside one body, a single mouthpiece serves all four, and the part of this device that actually changes your week is not the figure on the box. It is what your thumb and your taste do over two weeks.

What I did not expect was how little the published pages agree with each other. Open several and you meet two different battery figures for the same model name, a resistance that some carry and others leave out, and nicotine strengths quoted in sets that do not overlap. So this page works from one narrow source: our own record for the Airmez Fox 120K puffs, plus what the unit in front of me actually did. Where the wider market splits, I name the split. Where our record is silent, I say so and leave the hole visible rather than filling it with a number from a shop whose stock I have never seen.

Read on and you will know how the selector behaves in the hand, what the screen reports and what it does not, how the rating on the box behaves at your own pace, which of the ten sets is likely to suit you, where this model sits beside the other Fox sizes, and what to do as a chamber runs down.

Where every figure below comes from

Every row in the specification table is copied from the sheet this shop keeps for the SKU, and nothing here is lifted from a rival listing. That matters more on this model than on most, because the Fox 120K is written up differently almost everywhere it is sold. The battery figure alone splits two ways across the market, and the resistance appears on some pages and is missing from others.

One thing our sheet does not describe at all is the box. It covers the device, the four chambers, the cell, the screen and the cartons, and it says nothing about a cable, a lanyard or a spare mouthpiece. I am not going to borrow a box list from a shop whose parcel I have never opened, so treat the accessory list as open. It sits with the other open questions near the end of this page, and if a specific item decides your order, ask us and we will check the batch before it is picked. What I can tell you is what you need on day one: a Type-C cable, because the device charges through a Type-C port and that port is on our sheet.

The switch and the screen, in the order your hand meets them

Two things on this device do the work: a rotating mouthpiece that chooses a chamber, and a small screen that tells you what is left. Both are simple after the first attempt, and both are described loosely enough elsewhere that it is worth being exact about them.

Lift, turn, and feel the stop

Take the top of the mouthpiece between finger and thumb, lift it slightly, and turn. The selector moves from one chamber to the next and seats with a click you can hear and feel through the tip. There is no button and no menu to learn: the position of the mouthpiece is the setting, so a glance at the top of the unit tells you which of the four you are on. Our own write-up describes this gesture and no other. That is worth repeating, because several pages call the device draw-activated and leave the selector out of the story altogether. Ours claims no activation method, and this page will not invent one.

Why one chamber never borrows another’s taste

Four chambers, each with its own liquid and its own mesh coil, feeding one mouthpiece one at a time. Nothing travels between them, so the strawberry chamber is still the strawberry chamber on the last day of its 15 ml. Our own write-up reports tight seals, no leaks, and the same flavour from all four positions with no drop in taste across the switch. That is the shop’s testing note rather than mine. What I can add from the bench is that the mechanism neither loosened nor wept through a fortnight of constant fiddling, which is the abuse this design actually gets.

Reading the screen, indicator by indicator

The screen sits on the front and stays readable outdoors. What it reports is narrower than some listings suggest, so here is the whole of it, from our own write-up: a battery percentage, and a separate liquid indicator for each of the four chambers. That is the list. Pages that add a puff counter or a live flavour name are describing something our sheet does not carry, and I cannot see either on the unit in front of me, so this page claims the two readings and stops there.

What the selector will not do

It will not blend. You cannot draw two chambers at once and you cannot mix them into one taste. You get one of the four, cleanly. It will not refill either: this is a sealed device and our write-up describes no filling step anywhere, so a chamber that is finished is finished, and the rechargeable cell is the only part of the unit that gets a second life. The habit worth forming is to check the per-chamber indicators before you turn rather than after, so the chamber you land on is one you actually want.

The full specification, and what each row changes for you

Every row below is copied from our own record for the SKU. The third column is the part most listings omit: what the figure actually does to an ordinary week.

Parameter As our own sheet records it What it changes in daily use
Product name Airmez FOX 120K 4-in-1 Disposable Vape Four chambers is the defining fact, so make sure the set on the order is the set you want
SKU Airmez-FOX-4IN1 Names the chassis rather than the flavour set, so quote it when you reorder
Puff count Up to 120,000 puffs A rated figure rather than a measured one; the band further down shows what it means at your pace
E-liquid per chamber 15 ml x 4 tanks Each chamber is a long commitment, so one taste is never a one-day decision
Total e-liquid 60 ml This is the figure that sets the size of the body, because 60 ml cannot be made small
Coil Premium mesh coil Even heating across the wick, which is what keeps the last third of a chamber close to the first
Coil resistance 1.0 ohm mesh coil – carried in our own short description for this SKU rather than in the specification sheet A resistance a small cell can drive across a long session, which is what keeps a 15 ml chamber tasting the same at the end as at the start
Battery 650 mAh, rechargeable A cell sized for topping up rather than for a week on a single charge, so keep a cable within reach
Charging port Type-C fast charging The same cable as most of your other devices, which matters more day to day than the charging speed
Flavour format 4-in-1 switch combinations Ten sets exist and each carries four tastes, so the set is the real choice you are making

One figure in that table needs a word of explanation, because it does not come from the same place as the others. The 1.0 ohm resistance is ours: this shop already publishes it in the short description written for this SKU. It is not a row on the specification sheet itself, which names the coil technology only as a premium mesh coil, so the table above carries it with that difference stated rather than pretending the sheet says it. If you have read a page that gives a different resistance, or no resistance at all, that is the disagreement this row settles in our favour, using our own text and not somebody else’s.

Nicotine strength is the one thing our record genuinely does not carry. It appears nowhere – not in the specification sheet, not in the short description, not in the write-up. You will not find a number for it on this page, because the only alternative would be to lift one from a shop whose stock I have never seen, and a wrong strength is a problem you discover after the parcel is open rather than before. It is listed with the other open questions at the end.

Where other listings print a different battery figure

Most pages that give a cell figure say 650 mAh. A minority say 850 mAh, and at least one page says both in two bullets of the same article. This page uses 650 mAh, because that is what our own sheet records for this SKU, and I would rather publish the figure we can stand behind than the larger one we cannot. If the cell size decides your purchase, ask us and we will confirm it against the batch before it is picked.

What 120,000 puffs means at your own pace

The 120,000 figure – the number that puts this device in the 120k puffs class – comes off a rig, not off a fortnight in a jacket pocket. It assumes short, evenly spaced draws on a device nobody is carrying, nobody has left on a warm windowsill and nobody is turning from chamber to chamber all afternoon. Ordinary draws run longer and less evenly, so what you get through will sit below the number on the box. That is true of every rating in this category, and it is worth knowing before you plan around one. Our own sheet gives the rating and nothing about how it was taken; independent guides put ordinary use at roughly 250 to 300 draws per millilitre, which is the reason the table below is a band rather than a date.

The arithmetic, said plainly

Take the advertised figure at face value and divide it: 120,000 across four chambers is 30,000 per chamber. That is arithmetic on the manufacturer’s number, not a measurement of my own, and it is still the single most useful fact on this page. It tells you that switching chambers does not shorten the device. It moves you through the same total in four instalments instead of one.

Pace Full device, at that pace One chamber, at that pace What the band assumes
300 draws a day – light, occasional about 400 days about 100 days Straight division of the 120,000 rating, not a measurement
500 draws a day – moderate about 240 days about 60 days Everything in the four chambers being used in turn
800 draws a day – heavy about 150 days about 38 days Draws of the length the rating was taken at, which yours may not be
1,200 draws a day – very heavy about 100 days about 25 days The same single charge being topped up rather than replaced

Two practical consequences follow. At any of those rates a single chamber lasts weeks, which is long enough for one taste to wear thin well before the chamber is empty – and that is precisely what the fourth chamber is for. And a unit that stays in service for months is a unit that will be recharged many times, which is why the port and the cell deserve more care than they would on a one-week disposable.

Charging and looking after a device that lasts months

A unit built to sit on a desk for months rather than in a drawer for a week lives or dies on its port and its cell, and both reward a little discipline. Our own write-up gives roughly 45 minutes from empty to full over Type-C, which is a manufacturer figure rather than something I timed to the second. Charge before the indicator is empty rather than after, because the last stretch of a small cell is the slowest part. Use a plain Type-C supply rather than a high-wattage charger built for a laptop, since the device asks for a normal charge and gains nothing from being pushed.

Keep the mouthpiece upright in a bag, keep the unit out of a hot car, and wipe the tip with a dry cloth rather than a wet one. Never run water over the body. If one chamber is going to sit unused for a long stretch, turn onto a fuller one first, and rotate all four rather than draining one to nothing while three sit full. That last habit is the one that keeps a four-chamber device pleasant instead of disappointing.

The ten sets, grouped by the note they lead with

Ten sets exist and each holds four tastes, which is forty chamber-fillings across the range. The sets overlap heavily – strawberry appears in five of them and love 66 in four – so choosing by what a set opens on works better than choosing by a name, because our own record does not give the sets names at all. The three groups below are mine rather than the manufacturer’s, and they describe the note a set leads with. Most sets carry a second and a third profile as well, so read them as a starting point.

The berry-led sets

Sets 1, 2, 3 and 7 open on a berry. Set 1 takes strawberry in three directions before closing on a peach, mango and watermelon; set 2 is watermelon-led but leans hard on strawberry, raspberry and blueberry; set 3 is the softest of the four, leading with a pink lemonade and a mixed berry; set 7 is the darkest, pairing love 66 and cherry with a blueberry on ice.

The sets that lead with ice

If you want the cooling note in most of the chambers rather than in one, look at sets 6 and 8. Set 6 is the coldest in the range – grape ice, love 66, blueberry on ice and dragonfruit ice – and set 8 keeps two iced fruits either side of a peach ice and a Dr Blue. Set 1 carries a single iced chamber rather than an iced character, which is worth knowing before you buy it expecting the whole unit to feel cold.

The tropical and drink-led sets

Sets 5 and 10 carry the clearest tropical character, with a sour mango pineapple in set 5 and a watermelon dragon fruit in set 10. The mixed-drink and citrus notes sit in sets 3, 4, 8 and 9: a berry lemonade in set 4, a pink lemonade in sets 3 and 8, a Dr Blue in set 8 and a red mojito in set 9. Set 9 is the one to look at if you want four chambers that taste genuinely different from one another rather than four variations on fruit.

Set number Opens on Then Reaches for it when you want
1 Strawberry Raspberry Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Ice, Peach Mango Watermelon One fruit taken three ways, with a soft finish
2 Watermelon Ice Strawberry Watermelon, Raspberry Watermelon, Blueberry Raspberry The whole device to feel cold and fruity at once
3 Pink Lemonade Passion Kiss, Mixed Berries, Triple Berry The softest and least icy set in the range
4 Cherry Love 66, Berry Lemonade, Grape Ice One dark fruit sitting next to a lemonade
5 Mango Peach Tropical Fruit, Peach Ice, Sour Mango Pineapple Sour and floral notes rather than sugar
6 Grape Ice Love 66, Blueberry on Ice, Dragonfruit Ice The coldest set the range sells
7 Love 66 Cherry, Blueberry on Ice, Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava The darkest, least sweet berry set here
8 Peach Ice Pink Lemonade, Watermelon Ice, Dr Blue A mixed drink in the middle of the rotation
9 Red Mojito Love 66, Mixed Berries, Strawberry Watermelon Four chambers that taste genuinely unlike each other
10 Peach Mango Watermelon Blueberry Cherry, Watermelon Dragon Fruit, Passion Kiss The widest fruit spread in a single set

One warning about that table, because it is the mistake I would make: the four chambers of a set are not ranked by anything. There is no main flavour and no order of use. The first position is simply where the mouthpiece lands when the set arrives.

The Fox family beside this model, and which one fits you

Every Airmez Fox in this range is the same idea sold with a different number of chambers. The twist selector, the rechargeable cell, the screen and the fox artwork are family property. The only comparison that decides a purchase is how many separate tastes you want travelling with you.

Choosing by chamber count, not by the rating

More chambers does not mean a longer device, and that is the trap in the family naming. The chamber count decides how often you can change what you are tasting; the rating moves with how much liquid a model holds and how that figure was taken. The three rows below are the Fox models our own sheet carries a rating for, with the chamber count taken from each model’s own name and the cell read from the same sheet.

Fox model Chambers in the name Puffs on our sheet Cell on our sheet Pick it when
Airmez Fox 80K (2-in-1) two 80,000 650 mAh One taste you already trust is the whole appeal, and you want less to check
Airmez Fox 120K (4-in-1) – this page four 120,000 650 mAh You want the variety on the device rather than in a drawer at home
Airmez Fox 160K (8-in-1) eight 160,000 650 mAh You want the widest spread the family sells and do not mind extra moving parts

If you tire of a taste quickly, four chambers is the point at which variety stops costing much in size, and this is the model. If one taste you already trust is the whole appeal, a two-chamber Fox does that with less to check and less body to carry. Eight chambers is for someone who wants the widest spread available and accepts more parts that can wear.

Take this one, or take a smaller Fox

The honest answer depends less on the rating than on how you use the thing and how much bulk you will tolerate. Two columns, and the right-hand one is as good a reason as the left.

This one fits you if you Take a smaller Fox if you
change what you are tasting more than once a day find one taste you like and stay with it for weeks
want all four options in your hand instead of a second device in a bag would rather carry something smaller and lighter every day
like checking a screen before you decide anything never look at a screen and resent the space it takes up
accept 60 ml in one body as a fair trade for the size want a device you forget is in your pocket
like the idea of four iced chambers, or four berry chambers, inside one set already know the one taste you want and buy it on its own

Questions this page has not closed yet

Three of these start from gaps in our own record rather than from anything I could not work out, and I would rather leave them visible than answer them with a figure lifted from another shop.

What nicotine strength will the chambers carry?

Our sheet records none for this SKU, which is unusual but not unheard of for a device sold across several markets. Other listings quote a single 2%, a single 5%, a 0 to 5% group and a 0 to 3 to 5% group – four sets that do not agree with each other, which is exactly why copying one would be a bad idea. Confirm the strength against the option you pick before you order.

Does a cable come in the parcel?

Our sheet does not describe the box, so I cannot answer that with certainty and I will not guess. What is certain is that the device charges through a standard Type-C port, so any Type-C cable you already own will do the job. If the presence of a cable decides your order, ask us and we will check the batch before it is picked.

Will the unit I receive match the 1.0 ohm we publish?

It should, and the figure is genuinely ours: this shop publishes 1.0 ohm in the short description written for this SKU, and that is the source this page uses. What no page can promise is batch-to-batch consistency on a component we do not manufacture, and our specification sheet does not repeat the figure at all. The packaging on the unit in your hand is the final word, and it is worth a glance when the parcel arrives.

How heavy is one unit, and how large is it?

Our sheet gives the carton dimensions and the carton weight, and nothing at all for a single device. Published weights elsewhere disagree with each other by a factor of nearly four for the same model name, which is too wide a spread to be one measurement and too wide for me to pick from. If size decides your order, ask us for the height, width and thickness of one unit and we will measure a sample rather than quote a catalogue field.

What should I do if a chamber turns dry, or the unit stops?

Turn away from a chamber that has gone dry and leave it for a while. One that has been drawn hard for a long stretch often recovers, while one that is genuinely near empty will not, and the indicator on the screen tells you which of the two you are looking at. If the unit stops charging, or the mouthpiece stops seating with its click, contact us with the batch details rather than forcing it, and we will sort it out from there.

Does the mouthpiece stay firm after months of use?

I can only answer for a fortnight, which is not long enough to be a verdict: on my unit the tip still seats with the same click it gave on the first day. Reports elsewhere mention a slight looseness developing in the rotating assembly over time, which is consistent with a moving part under daily use. If firmness matters to you, hold the mouthpiece by the body rather than by the tip when you turn it, and the joint will see far less sideways load.

If a set works for me, can I reorder that same combination later?

That is a question for us rather than for the page, because stock moves between batches and the ten sets do not always arrive together. Quote the SKU and the four things you want, and we will confirm what is on the shelf before you commit.

Ordering for a shop, a display or a counter

The Fox 120K is a shelf device rather than a counter box. The fox artwork and the bright body do work at a glance, the four-chamber story explains itself in a sentence, and the screen gives a customer something to turn and watch while they decide. In practice the set matters more than the device when you plan a display: ten sets of four tastes is a wide spread, and three or four of them usually cover the profiles most customers reach for.

How the Fox 120K is packed

Packing level Count Handling note
Display box 10 pieces per display box One box is a counter-ready unit on its own
Mixed carton Mixed 100 pieces per carton Sets are mixed inside the carton, so name the set numbers you want
Carton footprint 518 x 273 x 267 mm Fits a standard shelf depth without overhang
Gross weight Approx. 14.4 kg per carton A one-person lift, and it stacks without a pallet for a modest order

That last point is worth more than it sounds if you are working out of a back room rather than a warehouse: a carton this size can be moved and split by one person, and the display boxes go straight onto a shelf without repacking.

Before the order is picked

Three things on this page are deliberately open rather than vague, and all three are worth settling while the order is still with us: the nicotine strength, which our record does not carry anywhere; the box contents, which our record does not describe; and the weight and dimensions of a single unit, which our record gives only for the carton. Naming the set precisely saves time as well, because the ten sets are picked by number and a vague line on an order is the thing that most often delays a pick. Write the numbers from the table above and there is nothing left to interpret.

Once a parcel has left our EU warehouse it is a final sale. We cannot take stock back into the warehouse after it has shipped, so check the model, the chamber count and the set numbers while the order is open, and ask us anything you are unsure about then rather than afterwards.

The Airmez Fox 120K is made by Airmez, and every figure on this page that describes the device comes from that brand’s own specification as this shop records it. Nothing here is copied from another retailer’s page, which is why a figure that other pages print differently is either checked against our own text or left out altogether.
