What three weeks in a jacket pocket taught me about the Neon 45000
Our test unit has been in a jacket pocket for three weeks, and it has been dropped twice onto a wooden office floor. That is longer than most people keep a disposable, which is exactly why the device is worth writing about rather than listing. The case came through both drops unmarked, nothing leaked, and the taste held up to the end of the fill. What follows is the practical version of what I learned: what our own specification sheet says, how far a 20 ml fill really goes, what the four cooling steps do, and where our sheet stays silent so you can ask before you commit.
The Neon 45000 is a pocket-shaped device with a semi-transparent plastic shell, so you can see the internals rather than guess at them. The mouthpiece is flat and sits comfortably, and the body is lighter than the blockier high-puff models it competes with. A small colour screen sits on the side and a single button at the base runs the cooling control, which is the feature that separates this model from the rest of the Vozol range.
One house rule before the detail: every claim about what this device is below comes from our own listing. Where our listing says nothing, I say so instead of borrowing a figure from another shop. There is a short section on those gaps, and it is deliberately not hidden.
Our own specification sheet, item by item
These are the figures our own product sheet carries, written the way it writes them. The third column is the part most listings leave out: what the figure does to your week.
| Spec item | Figure on our sheet | What it changes for you |
|---|---|---|
| Puff rating | Hasta 45,000 inhalaciones | A manufacturer rating, not a promise. Read the next section before you plan around it. |
| Liquid | 20 ml prefilled | Sealed at the factory, so one device is one flavour for its whole life. |
| Batería | 1000 mAh rechargeable | You will plug it in more than once across a full fill. Our own sheet claims two days of use per charge. |
| Bobina | Dual Mesh 0.65 ohm x 2 | Two mesh elements rather than one. Our listing says the device alternates between them so each one rests, which is its explanation for taste holding up late in the fill. |
| Screen | Smart Colour Screen | Battery level and remaining liquid at a glance, so you are not guessing from taste alone. |
| Cooling control | Hielo ajustable de 4 niveles | One button, four steps, from a light chill to a hard icy hit. It is the reason to pick this model over a fixed-cooling device. |
| Flavour options | 26 names in our list | The printed pack states 20. Both numbers are real and the difference is explained further down. |
Four things our listing leaves blank
Four things are missing from our own listing, and I would rather name them than have you discover them after ordering:
- Nicotine strength. Our sheet does not state a figure at all. Other listings for this model quote percentages; we do not publish one, so treat this as open and ask us.
- Charging port. Our listing says rechargeable and stops there. It does not name the connector type.
- Charge time. No figure appears anywhere in our own text, and I am not going to invent one.
- Coil circuit. Our sheet prints 0.65 ohm x 2 but does not say how the two elements are wired, so the combined resistance is not something we can state.
How much of that 45,000 you will really get
The headline is a manufacturer rating and it comes from arithmetic that assumes a very short machine draw. Divide the rating by the fill and you get 2,250 draws per millilitre, which is far above every published consumption estimate I could find for a normal person. The honest way to plan is to start from the 20 ml and work outward, which is what this table does. The bands are published consumption ranges, not our measurement.
| Draw style | Published draws per millilitre | What a 20 ml fill works out to |
|---|---|---|
| Short mouth-to-lung draws | 200 to 300 | Roughly 4,000 to 6,000 draws |
| Longer, fuller draws | 65 to 150 | Roughly 1,300 to 3,000 draws |
| The rating’s own arithmetic | 2,250 | 45,000 draws, which is the manufacturer figure and assumes a short machine draw |
Read that as good news rather than bad. Even the low end of the middle band is several thousand draws, which is weeks of use for most people, and it is still a long-life device by any ordinary standard. It is simply not 45,000 human draws out of 20 ml. The rest of our 45k puff range sits in the same bracket.
One charge is not one tank
A 1000 mAh cell holds roughly 3.7 Wh. At the 15 to 25 W that a 0.65 ohm mesh coil normally runs at, that is only about nine to fifteen minutes of total firing time, which works out at roughly 200 to 350 draws per charge if your draws run two to three seconds each. That is my own arithmetic from the stated capacity, not a manufacturer figure, and it means you should expect several charges across a single 20 ml fill. Our listing’s claim of two days per charge is about calendar use, not about emptying the tank.
Where the shops contradict each other
This model is sold under one name with several different specification sheets attached to it. If you have been comparing shops, you have probably met the contradictions, so here they are in one place with our position beside each.
| Detail in question | What other listings show | What this page uses |
|---|---|---|
| Capacidad de la batería | A lower figure than ours appears on several listings for the same model name | The 1000 mAh our own sheet records, and nothing else |
| Liquid volume | A few advertise a larger or a smaller fill under this model name | 20 ml prefilled, as our sheet states |
| Nicotine strength | Some state one percentage, some state several options | No figure at all, because our sheet states none. Ask us |
| Product type | Replaceable pods and refillable kits are described under a similar name | A sealed 20 ml prefilled unit with no refilling, as our listing describes it |
| Cantidad de sabores | Counts of 15, 20 and 26 all appear across the market | 26 names in our list, with the pack’s 20 explained in the next section |
None of that is ours to settle from the outside, so this page stays with what our own sheet records.
Choosing between the 26 flavours
Twenty-six names is a longer list than most disposables carry, and a long list is unhelpful without some shape to it. These families are how our own tasting notes group them; the examples are examples, not the whole roll call.
| Flavour family | Examples from our list | Who tends to reach for it |
|---|---|---|
| Ice-first fruit | mango ice, peach ice, grape ice, watermelon ice, blue razz ice | Anyone buying this device for the cooling control, because the fruit stays recognisable underneath the chill. |
| Mint and clean | miami mint, berry mint | People who want the simplest taste on the list, with nothing to get tired of. |
| Tropical and creamy | dragon fruit banana cherry, hawaiian pineapple paradise, lychee orange passion fruit | Layered profiles for people who treat a disposable as a treat rather than a habit. |
| Sour and fizzy | sour mango pineapple, cherry cola, vzbull | The sharp end of the list, where the sour note cuts through a sweet base. |
| Berry and candy | mixed berries, blueberry watermelon, watermelon razz rancher, strawberry margarita | Sweet-tooth profiles that outsell the rest in most shops we supply. |
Why the pack says 20 and our list says 26
Both numbers are correct in their own place, and neither is a mistake. The device’s own printed specification sheet lists 20 flavour options, and that is what the pack artwork reflects. The selection we actually stock and ship is 26 names, which is the list you can choose from on this page. So if you read 20 somewhere and 26 here, the 20 is the pack’s count and the 26 is ours. We are not quietly picking one and hoping you do not notice the other.
If you only ever try one, make it miami mint
Our own notes call miami mint the cleanest taste on the list: a straight peppermint with nothing complicated in front of it, which means the cooling control is the only thing you are really tasting your way through. If you would rather start sweet, our notes put cherry cola and sour mango pineapple at the top, because the cola reads fizzy and cold while the sour note in the mango keeps the sweetness from flattening out. Two names in our list, love 777 and maiden killer, carry no description in our own notes at all, so I am not going to guess at them for you.
Running it, and keeping it in shape
Three things decide whether a long-life disposable feels like good value: how you charge it, how you use the one control it has, and how you read what the screen is telling you. The handling notes at the end of this section are the same ones I would give a friend.
Before the first draw
There is nothing to fill. The unit arrives sealed with its 20 ml already inside, so the setup is a charge and nothing else. Charge it fully before the first session rather than topping it up on the way out of the door, because a part-charged cell is what makes a long-life device feel short. Our sheet does not name the connector, so match the cable to the port rather than forcing one, and unplug when the screen shows the cell is full.
The four cooling steps
The button at the base cycles the cooling level, and the screen lights its bars as you change step. Our listing describes the two ends of the scale in words and leaves the middle two to sit between them, so this is the honest version of that table.
| Cooling step | What our listing says | A sensible moment for it |
|---|---|---|
| Step 1 | A very soft breeze of cooling, described as the mild end | All-day use, or any flavour you would rather taste without a chill over the top of it. |
| Step 2 | Not described separately on our sheet | The first step up from mild. Worth one fill of its own to find out which side of the middle you prefer. |
| Step 3 | Not described separately on our sheet | Where most people settle after trying all four, on the strength of what we hear back from buyers. |
| Step 4 | Very icy, described as the hard end of the scale | Hot days, iced fruit flavours, or a hit you want to notice. Heavy use here finishes a fill sooner. |
What the colour screen reports
Two readings matter: how much charge is left and how much liquid is left. That second one is the useful part on a device with a 20 ml fill, because the usual way you find out a disposable is nearly done is a change in taste, and by then the change has already happened. Our listing does not describe screen brightness or a numeric percentage readout, so I am not claiming either.
Charging habits
Use an ordinary charger rather than the highest-output one on the shelf, and take the device off charge once the screen is full. Deep discharges are the enemy of a small cell: if the screen shows almost nothing left, plug it in that evening rather than carrying it for another day. Since our sheet states no charge time, judge it by the screen rather than by a stopwatch.
Storage and everyday handling
| Handling question | Short answer |
|---|---|
| Where should it live between sessions? | Upright and out of direct sun. The shell is semi-transparent plastic, not a rugged case, and heat is the thing that shortens a fill. |
| Can it share a pocket with keys? | Better on its own. Our unit survived two drops onto a wooden floor without a crack, but the screen is the part I would not test twice. |
| Does it need cleaning? | No. It is a sealed prefilled unit, so wiping the mouthpiece is the entire routine, and there is no tank to rinse. |
| What if the taste sharpens early? | Our listing puts early flavour loss down to coil wear and says the two mesh elements alternate to slow it. On a sealed unit there is nothing to swap, so step the cooling down and see whether that is the change you are reacting to. |
Two honest columns before you commit
No hedging here. This is the section that saves you an order rather than winning one, so both sides are written as plainly as I can manage.
| This device suits you if | You will be happier without it if |
|---|---|
| You want one device to last weeks, not days, and you are prepared to charge it to get there. | You like changing flavour during the week. One fill is one flavour and it is sealed. |
| You enjoy dialling cooling up or down depending on the day. | You already know you want the hardest chill on every single draw and never move it. |
| You want to see charge and liquid without guessing from taste. | You would rather not think about levels at all and prefer a device you ignore until it stops. |
| Pocket size matters more to you than the longest possible runtime. | You would carry a heavier device to avoid charging as often. |
| One of the ice-first fruit profiles is what you actually want to vape. | The flavour you have in mind is not among our 26 names. |
Straight answers to five common questions
Does the fill come sealed, or is there a pod to swap?
Sealed. Our listing describes a prefilled unit and says nothing about opening or topping it up, so it is not a device you fill yourself. Some shops describe a pod kit under a similar name; ours is the sealed prefilled version, and that is what will arrive.
Can I order one of the 26 on its own, or do they come as a set?
Each device is a single flavour, and you choose which. All 26 names in our list are orderable; if one you want is not showing when you look, ask us and we will tell you what is on the shelf rather than let you guess.
What happens if a unit arrives faulty?
Tell us the order details, describe what you see and send a photograph. We will confirm the practical next step in writing before you post anything, so nothing travels twice. The published position on shipped orders is in the trade notes at the end of this page, and it is worth reading before a large order rather than after one.
Does the cooling button change the flavour, or only the chill?
Our listing describes it purely as a cooling control with four steps, and it does not state that the liquid itself is altered. Expect the chill to move and the base flavour to stay put, and pick your flavour on that basis.
What happens if it rides loose in a pocket?
Our unit went three weeks in a pocket, was dropped twice, and lost nothing. The only opening is the mouthpiece, so keep it roughly upright and it should behave the same way for you.
How an order travels, and how to reach us before it does
Dispatch runs inside the window shown at checkout, and every order leaves with tracking so you can follow it rather than wonder about it. If you are ordering more than one unit and want them to travel together, say so before the order is placed, because a mixed selection can be picked from more than one shelf. One question before you buy is worth ten afterwards: ask us which flavour to start with, and ask us about anything in the gap list above. We would rather answer it now.
On provenance: the puff rating, coil description, screen and cooling control are Vozol’s published specifications as our own listing records them. The draws-per-fill bands and the estimate of how many draws one charge gives are ours, calculated from published consumption ranges and the stated battery capacity, and they are labelled as estimates wherever they appear.
Stocking this one: carton, weight and shelf fit
The retail part of the page ends here; this section is the logistics detail for buyers who order by the carton.
| Order item | What our sheet states | Why a shelf cares |
|---|---|---|
| Units per carton | 200 piezas por cartón | A full carton covers a 26-flavour list without splitting a single flavour across a second box. |
| Peso del cartón | Approx. 25 kg per carton | One person can move it, but plan the shelf height before it arrives rather than after. |
| Tamaño del cartón | 555 x 258 x 380 mm | It stacks two high on a standard shelf and keeps the display face out. |
| Flavour spread | 26 names in our list, 20 stated on the pack | Order the families that sell in your area; the ice-first fruit group carries the cooling feature best. |
Ask us for the current terms on the quantity you have in mind before you commit to it. Our published position is that orders are not eligible for return or refund once they have shipped, so the flavour list and the quantity are worth checking twice on a first order rather than once. If a carton is going to a second location, tell us when you order and we will lay the paperwork out for that.
