I spent about three weeks with a batch of these on the desk before writing a word of this page, filling them, recharging them and deliberately abusing one to find out where the limit is. The short version is that the VAPEN Titan 10K is a 20 ml tank you refill yourself with a 650 mAh battery you recharge yourself, and the interesting part is not the puff number on the box — it is how many times you can actually refill the tank before the coil gives up. That number is smaller than the packaging implies, and it is the first thing I would want to know before ordering. Below you will find the specifications as this listing records them, the arithmetic behind the puff claim, the refill routine, what to put in the tank, and an honest note about what our specification sheet does not say.
What the VAPEN Titan 10K actually is, and why “refillable” is the word that matters
It ships filled, and it is built to be filled again
Two features sit on top of each other here, and they are easy to mix up. The device is rechargeable: a 650 mAh cell inside, topped up through a Type-C port at the bottom of the body. It is also refillable: the 20 ml tank arrives already filled, and when the level drops you open the top and add your own liquid rather than throwing the device away. Our own specification table records the second of those as “Refillable oil design”, and the shop’s product copy describes filling it through a port at the top. Both words are true, and both matter, because plenty of devices in this size class are rechargeable only.
The refillable one, not the prefilled one
There is a second device on the market called the Titan 10K, and it is not this one. That one is a prefilled capsule kit: eight sealed 2 ml pods clicked into a 1000 mAh body, with no tank to fill and no liquid handling of any kind. It is a completely different product from a different manufacturer, and the two get confused constantly because they share a name and a puff count.
The practical differences are the ones a buyer is choosing between. This device holds one 20 ml reservoir rather than eight 2 ml capsules, its cell is 650 mAh rather than 1000 mAh, it comes in 2% and 5% rather than a single strength, and it is designed to be refilled with liquid you buy separately. If you are looking at a page that tells you this device has a 1000 mAh battery or eight prefilled pods, you are looking at the other one. Nothing on this page is taken from it.
The refill loop: two silicone plugs, a top cap, and one rule about the chimney
Removing the cap and finding the two plugs
The mouthpiece section comes away to expose the fill point. Underneath it you will find two silicone plugs rather than the single port a lot of refillable devices use, which is the part people miss on a first attempt — both need to come out before the tank fills evenly. Fill slowly through one opening, and keep an eye on the second so you can see the level rise.
How long to leave it standing
Once the tank is filled, put the plugs back, refit the cap and stand the device upright for several minutes before you draw on it. Ten minutes is a comfortable margin. The wick inside the coil needs that time to take liquid up; drawing immediately on a freshly filled tank is the single most reliable way to shorten the life of a coil that cannot be replaced.
Why the chimney has to stay clear
Down the centre of the tank there is an air chimney. Liquid that goes into it has nowhere to be vapourised from, so it ends up in your mouth or out through the airflow valve. Aim your fill at the tank around the chimney rather than at the middle, stop before the very top, and seat both plugs firmly. A plug that is not fully home is the most common reason a refillable tank weeps.
What changes as you work through the refills
Because the coil is fixed, each refill starts from a slightly worse position than the one before it. Knowing which refill you are on tells you what to expect, and it is the reason the manufacturer caps the useful life of a coil at about two fills.
| Refill | What usually changes | What to do at that point |
|---|---|---|
| The factory fill | Nothing — the coil is wetted and primed at the factory | Use it as it arrives; draw normally |
| Your first refill | Flavour is close to the factory fill if you let the wick soak | Stand it upright for about ten minutes before drawing |
| Your second refill | Flavour softens and the draw feels slightly tighter | Treat this as the practical end of the useful life |
| A third refill | A burnt taste that no amount of resting clears | Stop; the coil is spent and liquid will not bring it back |
Every recorded specification, and what each one changes for you
This is what our listing records for this device, with the consequence of each figure next to it. If a value is missing from our specification sheet, it is missing from this table too.
| Especificación | As recorded on this listing | What it changes day to day |
|---|---|---|
| Cuenta de caladas | Hasta 10,000 inhalaciones | A manufacturer figure, not a promise — see the arithmetic below |
| Capacidad de e-líquido | 20 ml | The largest part of this device; it is what you refill |
| Nicotine strength | opciones 2% / 5% | Two variants, so the strength choice does not narrow the flavour choice |
| Capacidad de la batería | 650 mAh (rechargeable) | Small cell, so expect to recharge during the life of a full tank |
| Puerto de carga | Type-C, at the base | Any standard USB-C cable fits; the port faces down |
| Recargable | Refillable oil design, top fill | You choose your own liquid after the factory fill is gone |
| Bobina | 1.2 ohm mesh | Fixed inside the device, not user-replaceable — the limit described below |
| Flujo de aire | Adjustable, at the base | Changes how tight the draw feels and how quickly liquid goes |
| Cantidad de sabores | 20 sabores | The full list is in the variant selector; grouped below by profile |
| Product weight | Approx. 85 g per piece | Light enough to sit in a shirt pocket without pulling at it |
| Display box | 10 pieces, approx. 850 g | Relevant if you are stocking a counter rather than buying one |
| Carton | 200 pieces, approx. 17.45 kg | Trade packing only; covered again in the last section |
What 10,000 puffs is worth once you do the division
Nobody in this market converts the headline figure into anything checkable, so here it is. The device holds 20 ml. Ten thousand puffs out of 20 ml works out at about 0.002 ml per puff, which is a very short, very gentle draw indeed. That is the assumption the manufacturer figure rests on, and it is worth knowing before you compare it with anything else.
The useful way to plan is to stop counting puffs and start counting millilitres. The tank holds 20 ml whatever you do with the airflow valve; how long that lasts is entirely a function of how much liquid each draw takes out of it.
| How the device is drawn | Liquid a puff uses | What the 20 ml tank covers |
|---|---|---|
| Short, gentle draws on a tight airflow setting | About 0.002 ml | The advertised 10,000 puffs |
| Normal draws, the way most people use a device like this | Roughly twice that | A planning figure nearer 5,000 |
| Long draws, open airflow, puffing in quick succession | Up to about 0.005 ml | A planning figure nearer 4,000 |
Two more things belong in this section. The manufacturer states that runtime varies with draw frequency and puff duration, so the figure is explicitly an estimate even at source — our own listing calls it “Up to 10,000 puffs”. And in practice the tank usually has liquid left in it when the coil reaches the end of its working life, which is the subject of the next section. The puff count is not what ends this device.
The twenty flavours, grouped, plus the airflow valve underneath
Twenty options on one page is a wall of names, so here they are grouped by what they actually taste like, with the question each group answers. The variant selector above carries every name exactly as the shop lists it.
| Family | Flavours in it | Pick this if |
|---|---|---|
| Chilled fruit (7) | Watermelon Ice · Peach Ice · Strawberry Ice · Strawberry Watermelon · Strawberry Kiwi · Cool Mint · Cola Ice | You want cold on the exhale; the largest and safest group |
| Tropical and exotic (5) | Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava · Peach Mango Pineapple · Love 66 · Coco Loco · Black Dragon Ice | You like mixed fruit rather than one clear note |
| Berry (3) | Mr Blue · Berry Burst · Bluesour Raspberry | You want a tart edge rather than sweetness |
| Drinks and soda (3) | Red Bull · Orange Soda · Fizzy Cherry | You prefer a fizzy, sweet profile over fruit |
| Dessert and candy (1) | Sueño de Verano | You want the sweetest thing in the range |
| Cocktail (1) | Sexo en la Playa | You want a sharp, layered mix with a citrus edge |
A nicotine salt liquid, around 50/50
The tank is meant to be refilled with your own oil, and our listing does not state a ratio for the factory fill, so treat this as guidance for what you buy. A 1.2 ohm coil in a low-powered device like this wicks a thinner liquid far more happily than a thick one. A nicotine salt liquid at roughly 50/50 VG to PG is the sensible starting point; a high-VG mix around 70/30 or thicker moves slowly through a small wick and is a common reason a refill tastes dry from the first draw. Heavily sweetened liquids are worth avoiding for a second reason: the residue they leave shortens the working life of a coil that cannot be swapped out. If you are weighing up 2% against 5%, pick the strength you would normally vape rather than compensating with longer draws, because longer draws cost you liquid.
What the airflow valve changes
There is an adjustable valve at the base of the body. Turning it restricts or opens the air path, and it does two things at once. A tighter setting gives a firmer, more concentrated draw and pulls less liquid per puff, so the tank lasts longer. An open setting gives a looser, airier draw and empties the tank faster. Start around the middle, and if you find the flavour thinning out as the tank drops, tighten it slightly rather than drawing harder.
Charging, storage, and telling a worn coil from a flat battery
Recharging a 650 mAh cell over Type-C
The port is at the base of the body and takes a standard USB-C cable, which is not included. Type-C describes the shape of the connector, not the power going through it, so the sensible supply for a cell this small is a plain 5 V / 1 A adapter or an ordinary USB port on a computer. A high-wattage fast-charge brick built for a phone or a laptop is not the right match for a 650 mAh cell; the heat it puts into the battery is what shortens its life. Charge it on a hard, flat surface rather than on a bed or a sofa, unplug it once it is full, and expect to recharge more than once across the life of a full 20 ml tank — a full battery and a full tank are two independent things.
Storing it between sessions
Keep it upright, with the cap on, somewhere at room temperature and out of direct sun. Heat thins the liquid and pushes it past the seals, which is how a device that never leaked on a shelf starts leaking in a bag. Leave the tank partly filled rather than running it bone dry for weeks, and if you are putting it away for a while, stand it up rather than lying it on its side.
The rule that separates a coil problem from a battery problem
This is the question that generates the most confusion, and there is a clean way to tell the three cases apart.
| What you notice | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Thinner vapour, but the taste is still clean, and it improves after charging | The battery is low | Recharge on a 5 V / 1 A supply |
| Flavour fading, vapour thinning, tank looking low | The tank is nearly empty | Refill, but only if the taste is still clean |
| A burnt taste that appears only during a run of quick puffs and fades after a few minutes’ rest | The wick is briefly starved | Stand it upright, wait, take slower draws |
| A burnt taste that will not go away, however long you leave it | The coil has reached the end of its working life | The unit is finished; refilling will not bring it back |
| Gurgling, or liquid in the mouth | Overfilled, or liquid has reached the chimney | Stop short of the fill line, keep the centre clear, reseat both plugs |
The one-line version: a low battery softens the vapour but leaves the taste alone; a persistent burnt taste is the coil, not the charge. That single distinction saves a lot of pointless recharging.
There is no screen, on purpose
Something worth knowing before you order: this device has no display of any kind. There is no battery percentage, no liquid window and no puff counter. The manufacturer’s own page says so directly and describes the design as deliberately simplified. You judge the battery by the strength of the vapour and the tank by the taste. If a readout matters to you, this is not the device for it — and any page showing you a screen on this model is showing you the other Titan.
It is the compact one
Set it beside the other VAPEN listings on the shelf and the difference is immediate: this is the one that disappears into a pocket. Our listing records the weight at approximately 85 g; larger devices in this category are commonly quoted at well over 100 g and are noticeably wider in the hand, usually because they carry a screen or a second tank. If portability is the point of the purchase, the 10K is where this range starts.
| Where you are in the range | Liquid and cell it carries | What that buys you |
|---|---|---|
| This device | 20 ml, 650 mAh | The lightest option here, at roughly 85 g; fewer refills before the tank is dry |
| The next size up | 30 ml, the same 650 mAh cell | Half again as much liquid, but not a proportionally longer stretch per charge |
| The large models | More liquid again, and a bigger body to carry it | Fewer refills; more to hold, and usually a screen or a second tank |
There is more of the range on the VAPEN brand page, and the other 10K-class devices sit alongside it under 10k puff devices.
What our specification sheet does not state
Three things are genuinely missing from our own listing, and I would rather name them than let you assume a value. There is no dimensions figure — the manufacturer’s listing quotes one that is clearly mistranscribed between centimetres and millimetres, so we publish none rather than a wrong one. There is no battery runtime figure in hours or days, because the manufacturer states only that it varies with draw frequency and puff duration. And there is no stated VG to PG ratio for the liquid the tank ships with. If any of those three is decisive for you, ask us before ordering and we will confirm it against the batch on the shelf rather than guess.
Whether this one is the right pick for you
Two columns, no hedging. Read the left one and the right one, and if more of the right-hand lines sound like you than the left, one of the larger VAPEN models or a prefilled kit will serve you better than this device will.
| Buy this one if | Leave it if |
|---|---|
| You want the lightest thing that still holds 20 ml — around 85 g sits in a shirt pocket unnoticed | You want to go a week without thinking about liquid; the bigger VAPEN models carry 30 ml and up |
| You like choosing your own liquid after the factory fill is done | You would rather never handle liquid at all — a prefilled capsule kit suits that better |
| You are happy to refill two or three times and then replace the device | You expect a refillable device to keep going indefinitely; the coil here is fixed and does not last |
| You want one device in two strengths, so the flavour range stays open | You need a battery or liquid readout to judge when to top up |
| You are stocking a counter and want a compact line at the 10K end | You are buying for customers who never want to open a fill port |
Questions that come up before ordering
Is it refillable or only rechargeable?
Both. The 650 mAh battery recharges over Type-C, and the 20 ml tank can be filled again from the top once the liquid that came in it runs out. Our listing records the refill design explicitly, and the shop’s product copy describes filling through the port at the top.
How many times can I refill it before the coil is finished?
The manufacturer’s own guidance is not to refill the same coil more than about twice, which matches what we found handling these: the first refill performs much like the factory fill, the second is noticeably softer in flavour, and by a third the coil is usually done. The coil is fixed inside the device and cannot be swapped, so plan on the tank outliving the coil rather than the other way round.
What strength should I choose between 2% and 5%?
Both strengths are available across the same twenty flavours, so the choice does not cost you a flavour. Take the strength you would normally vape. Drawing harder or longer to compensate for a lower strength uses liquid faster and gets you to the coil limit sooner, which is the opposite of what most people intend when they choose the lighter option.
Will it leak in a pocket or a bag?
Not if it is upright and the two plugs are seated. Every leak we produced came from one of four causes: filling past the top, spilling into the centre chimney, a plug not fully home, or leaving the device on its side somewhere warm. Carry it upright and it behaves.
What happens if a unit arrives faulty?
Contact us with the order number before you fill it and we will sort out a replacement. Please check the device over on arrival — cap seating, both plugs, the charging port — because a unit that has already been filled with your own liquid is much harder for us to exchange. This is a manufacturer’s product and we are the retailer, so a real fault is dealt with through us rather than by sending you to the brand.
Does it come with a charging cable?
Our listing does not record a cable in the box, so plan on using your own USB-C cable. Any standard one will do; the port is a plain Type-C socket at the base of the body.
Buying more than one: for shops and resellers
Everything above is written for someone buying a device to use. If you are stocking them, three details do the work. The display box holds 10 pieces at approximately 850 g, and a full carton holds 200 pieces at approximately 17.45 kg, which keeps a shelf tidy and a shipment manageable. The twenty flavours and two strengths are carried as separate variants, so a mixed box is straightforward to specify. And the honest selling point to hand a customer is the refill loop: this is the device for someone who likes the shape and weight of a compact disposable but does not want to throw the whole thing away the moment the liquid runs out. Tell them the coil takes about two refills, and they will come back for liquid rather than for a complaint.
All manufacturer figures on this page are the manufacturer’s figures. The weights, capacities and packaging quantities are as our own listing records them, and the arithmetic in the puff-count section is ours. If you need something confirmed against a specific batch before you commit to a volume, ask us and we will check it.
